Marketing Survey Specialist

Position Purpose
This position is accountable for conducting marketing survey's by telephone with Sales Managers, Owners and General Managers in the Material Handling, Agriculture, Construction and Sales Industry,and entering and saving the information gathered in an Excel Database and completing various reports in Word, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities
Make outbound phone calls for Clients' current customers and future prospects.
Correctly and accurately data enter the information gathered from the phone calls into the designated Marketing & Sales Database.
Correctly and accurately data enter Lead Reports on a daily basis and send via email to the correct personnel by 2:
00 PM, MST.
Correctly and accurately data enter Activity Reports on a daily basis and send via email to the correct personnel by 2:
00 PM, MST.
Be knowledgeable in reading and understanding information contained in the Project Reports and be accountable for taking action as directed by a supervisor in improving results in the areas needed for each Client.
Have the ability to manage self without requiring constant direct supervision.
Be aware and proficient in the use of resources such as the phone, IM and email to ask for help as needed with low Lead results and Percent Contact and/or when completing reports.
Be willing to have your supervisor listen to your phone calls on a regular basis.
Attend via telephone and/or video conferencing all required meetings including the bi-monthly meeting.
Frequently check emails and reply as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
