Team Tech II Sterile Packer Job Purpose:
Maintains production, quantity and quality by ensuring that products are produced, offloaded, inspected, and prepared for the next step in the manufacturing process.
General Job Duties:
- Look up, read, and understand specifications (Specs), drawings, and Manufacturing Instructions (MI s) for the components or products or process
- Locate the Bill of Material and print the work order
- Wand raw lot # of material, components, and finished goods as required by the MI
- May be required to fill out Certified Process Paperwork
- Fill out Work in Process (WIP) strips
- Visually inspect products for defects
- May be required to perform certain tests to verify fit, form, and function.
- May be required to operate machinery and/or material handling equipment
- Perform assembly and packing duties
- Work safely in all aspects of the job
